The fee includes:

  • Registration, named pass and access to all scientific conference events;
  • All coffee breaks;
  • Lunch on 15th, 16th and 17th September;
  • Access to the Welcome Cocktail Party with transportation;
  • Access to the Conference Dinner on Friday 16 September.

The following are not included in the registration fee:

  • Accommodation (A number of preferential nightly room rates have been secured and these can be booked on the Registration page);
  • Breakfast (Breakfast is included separately with hotel accommodation);
  • Dinner on the 15th and 17th September;
  • Airport Transfers (you must make your own arrangements to and from the venue).

Registration is open right up to and including the last day of the conference, depending on ticket availability. We have secured a large venue for the event. To register, click on Registration on the menu tab.

The AI Fertility Conference is being run as a hybrid event, with both in-person and virtual content being provided on the day. Details of the virtual element will be released soon, as we are working on finalising how the virtual element will be delivered.

Taking photos or recording at the conference is permitted. However, taking photos or recording any session for personal or commercial purposes without permission is prohibited and would be deemed in contravention of the Code of Conduct.

AI Fertility is committed to providing a professional, safe, respectful and supportive in-person and virtual conference environment. We expect all individuals to maintain and uphold the same professional and educational courtesy for the benefit of all. In addition, we expect attendees to ensure they have the subject or speakers permission before photographing or recording any session by audio or video.

Should anyone be put in a position where they experience unwelcome behaviour, unprofessional conduct or made to feel unsafe, or who witnesses or experiences unacceptable behaviour, or witnesses a violation of this code of conduct, we strongly encourage you to notify a member of the AI Fertility team. You can do this in person or by contacting helpdesk@aifertility.org

AI Fertility reserves the right to act on such a notification to ensure the safety and security of all persons attending the conference. This may include but is not limited to the termination and blocking of a participants access for the remainder of the event. Further, AI Fertility reserves the right to communicate with employers, sponsors, local law enforcement, media agencies and the public as deemed appropriate by AI Fertility in relation to responding under this Code of Conduct.

AI Fertility both values and promotes diversity among its members and staff. Furthermore, we prohibit discrimination toward any member or employee in regard to race, colour, age, gender, sexual orientation, citizenship, heritage, religion, disability, military status or any other basis prohibited by law.
