Included with your ticket, you will receive:

• A named pass with access to all scientific sessions throughout the event;
• Access to the exhibition area;
• Conference materials;
• Lunches and coffee breaks on both 16 & 17 September 2022;
• Welcome reception on 15 September 2022;
• Conference dinner on 16 September 2022.

The individual registration fee is €300 – when purchased before 18 July 2022. Tickets purchased after 18 July 2022 will be classed as late booking and the registration fee will increase to €500.

** We are also offering a reduced rate for students – €200 when purchased before 18 July 2022. Similarly, after 18 July 2022, this will increase to €350 for late booking.

Please use your university email address to obtain your ticket at the discounted rate.

We will require evidence of your resident/student status. This must be confirmed with a formal declaration in English from the Head of Department or the person responsible for your training programme. Failure to provide this evidence when requested will require payment of the full price ticket.

All ticket fees are inclusive of VAT.
